What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted on factory defective hardware.  Software is not included with this and we also do not accept returns if the customer has downloaded malicious software such as a computer virus onto the equipment.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

No, we do not conduct any business outside of the United States.  We also do not ship to P.O. boxes.  You must have a physical address in order for us to use UPS or FedEx to ship to you.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, but not on holidays.
